Fiscal Liberation is a leading financial counseling service provider. We help consumers get unsecured debt counseling, enroll into debt management programs, and/or provide related financial services to meet your needs. Additionally, we are a leader on helping consumers resolve their financial problems and help them on the path of freeing themselves from the bondage of debt.

Personal Information Collected

You can visit our website without revealing any personal information about yourself or telling us who you are. We do not collect personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, or email address while you browse our site. While visiting our website, you may voluntarily choose to complete our confidential, no obligation request form. In that case, several types of personal information are gathered for use in your confidential counseling session with one of our experienced Debt Advisors. Confidential information on the form includes, name, email address, phone numbers, and your overall debt amount. With this information we can determine which debt solution would be best for your specific financial situation.

IP Address

Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. We will use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. Your IP address also may be used to gather broad demographic information. In order to protect our site from abuse and in our efforts to constantly increase the visibility of our site, your IP address and referring site may be logged to a file. This information is for internal use only and all such logs are deleted on a regular basis.

Refund policy

If you have signed on to one of your Debt Management Programs and decide within the first 5 days that these services are not for you, do not be discouraged, we will refund your money. Fiscal Liberation is here to be a friend to you. Fiscal Liberation is simply here to place you in the best possible solution that will help you and your family get back on track with your finances. If we find out that our solutions will be of no benefit to you we will do what we can to get you connected with the proper advise and expertise.

Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. When we do so, we will post the revised privacy policy on our website with a link on our home page so you are always aware of any changes. Our Home Page will also contain a statement as to when the new privacy policy becomes effective.

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Philadelphia, PA. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each party.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through negotiation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Philadelphia, PA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so. Fiscal Liberation may modify these Terms of Use, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you. This is the ENTIRE agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed.
